Please note that Passports are returned via Royal Mail - Standard 2nd Class. The Society accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to Passports.
Our passports are A5 size with an attractive durable plastic wipe clean cover.

Equine Passport Application (Non-Percheron)

PLEASE NOTE: Once purchased, you will receive a PDF which accompanies your application. This PDF must be printed out and both Parts of the silhouette must be completed and signed by a Veterinary Surgeon only. The equine must be microchipped and the bar-code applied to the form. Hand write the number clearly where the bar-code is unavailable. PLEASE ENSURE THE VET HAS FULLY COMPLETED BOTH PARTS OF THE SILHOUETTE PAGE.
